Oh, what a year! Happy Holidays everyone!
Let’s use this time wisely to relax, recharge, and find some time to do things we like doing the most. Be in painting, reading, or just walking in the park nearby, take some time for yourself. You deserve a break!🎄
Quote of the Week
"If you choose, you can be joyful every moment of your life. It’s time you made your choice."

Dopamine Detox
The holiday season is a perfect time to unplug and spend some with the family.
Basic Dopamine Detox Rules:
Don’t touch your phone for one day. Let everyone know you will be out of their reach for one day. They’ll survive.
No TV and videos.
No gaming.
Some people go even further and abstain from other kinds of things they normally enjoy doing, such as alcohol, sex, smoking, drugs, gaming, talking to others, going online, and, in some extremes, even eating. However, we are all different, so it’s better to start small. Turn off your phone for one day and see what happens. If you see an improvement in your mental state, you can repeat this exercise later and abstain from watching YouTube as well.
